Now the planning process begin. We know this part can sometimes be overwhelming, confusing, and unsure of where you should start. Busy schedules get in the way and next thing you know the questions from friends and family start to come; “What is your date?” “Where is your venue?”
Above & Beyond is here to help guide you through this stressful time. We offer different planning packages ranging from the all-inclusive package to the A La Carte menu so you can create your own custom selection!

The Full Package

This package is for the person that needs help with everything from start to finish. About 1-2 years from wedding date.

  • Create and or organize a budget (if needed)
  • A timeline check list of when things should be booked and sent out by
  • Assist with finding venues & vendors
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Payment plans (if needed)
  • Creating day of time lines
  • Work with you on the vision, theme, and decor aspects
  • Assist with all rentals
  • Recommendations of hotel aspects for out of town guests
  • 2-3 walk throughs and creating layouts of the event space
  • Working closely with venue representative on rules, time restrictions, and banquet event orders
  • Running the show and handing all aspects the day of
  • 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal & 1 Rehearsal dinner.
  • Seating Arrangements & Charts

The Half Package

This package is for the person that has done some of the pre planning themselves and would like some help 3 months prior to the wedding date.

  • Meet with venue contact for 1-2 walk throughs of event space & layout
  • Work with you on the vision, theme, and decor aspects
  • Assist with rentals
  • Create day of time line
  • Vendor refferals (if needed)
  • Recommendations of hotel aspects for out of town guests
  • Contact all vendors to confirm arrival and set up times
  • Assist with scheduling final payments
  • Running the show and handing all aspects the day of
  • 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal

A La Carte Starting

  • Create and or organize a budget
  • Schedule appropriate venue appointments & request proposals
  • Refer vendors and schedule appointments
  • Manage invitations, RSVP’s, maps & directions
  • Assist with creating assigned seating chart
  • Create time lines & layouts
  • Set up gift table, cake table, & ceremonial blessing table
  • Set up place cards, guest book, couples flutes, bouquet holders, & guest favors.
  • Manage all vendors day of, ensure arrival and set up times according to layout
  • Handle passing out any payments/tips due.
  •  Ceremony rehearsal
  • Dinner rehearsal
  • Day of Ceremony procession
  • Works closely with venues banquet manager/captain keeping food and beverage aspects in line and on time for ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
  • Works closely with the MC/DJ to ensure proper announcements.
  • Trouble shoots any problems that may occur behind the scenes.
  • At conclusion will handle loading of gifts, left over cake, picking up décor items, and signing off with venue.
